Silver Birches Youth Camp

Before registering your child for camp, please take a moment to read the important information provided on the side. It should answer most, if not all, of your questions.

To complete your child's registration, both forms below must be filled out:

  • The Registration Form

  • The Student Code of Conduct

Thank you for taking the time to ensure everything is completed—we can’t wait to see your child at camp!

    • Age Group: 12-18 years

    • Camp Dates: August 11-16, 2025

    • Check-In: Monday, August 11, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm

    • Departure: Saturday, August 16, at 12:00pm

    • Emergency Contact (Aug 11-16): 226-340-6086

  • To join us at camp, your child must be turning 12 by December 2025 and going into grade 7. If you have any questions about eligibility, feel free to reach out to Jess DeMoor.

  • To register your child, follow these simple steps:

    1. Register Online

    2. Submit Payment (Camp fees and Damage Deposit)

    3. Complete the Camper Code of Conduct

    Registration is not complete until all three steps are finished. And remember, the registration rate is based on when everything (including payment) is submitted.

    Registration Fees

    • Early Bird: $285 (by July 6)

    • Regular: $310 (by July 20)

    • Late: $340 (by August 3)

    • Last Chance: $375 (by August 8)

    Payment Info

    • Online Payment Only: Use a credit or debit card (must have a CSV number).

    • Security Deposit: A $40 deposit is required before camp. This is refundable (by September 26, 2025) unless there’s property damage or disciplinary issues.

    Late Arrival or Early Departure

    • If your child arrives late, leaves early, or is sent home for disciplinary reasons, unfortunately, there’s no refund or discount. If

    • If you need to cancel by August 6, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.

    • Cancellations after August 7 are non-refundable.

  • We want to make sure your child has everything they need to have fun and be comfortable at camp, so here’s a list of must-bring items:

    • Sleeping bag and pillow

    • Toiletries and towel

    • Modest bathing suit

    • Sports/casual clothes

    • A good attitude!

    • Bandages, bug spray, and sunscreen

    • Bible, pen, and notebook
